Founded by a certified USA Boxing coach and personal trainer, Garage Boxing Gym and Fitness was built from lifelong passion for boxing. Being around the sport from a young age, that passion grew into a purpose-helping through training.
By combining boxing and fitness, he created a program that helps people learn real fundamentals while getting in shape, building confidence, and seeing results. Today, I coach everyone from beginners to nationally ranked fighters, helping each person reach their full potential.

You’ll meet a coach, go through a facility tour, learn the basics of boxing stance and movement, and get a personalized introduction based on your fitness level.
